Yer's real estate journey started in 2016 when she and her husband ventured into investing and holding properties for long-term rentals. For a couple of years she co-managed short-term rentals with a team using Airbnb. After resigning from teaching middle school, she began her licensure studies for real estate and life insurance. When Yer is not working, she's spending time with her husband of 10 years and four young children.
