Company History Hmong Home Health Care (?HHHC?) was established in 1993, and has since then continued to strive to become the premier home health agency in the Twin Cities. We believe that everyone deserves to have a say in the'lifestyle they choose for themselves, no matter their situation or cultural background. ?Especially within our aging population is this more crucial than ever ? we all want our parents, grandparents, relatives and friends to continue to make these types of choices for themselves, and for many this means having the option to'reside in the comfort of their home and loved ones as they age. Since it's establishment in 1993, HHHC remains a strong advocate of this'vision and has grown to serve thousands'throughout the state of Minnesota.
